Meet Our Leadership Team

  • Grover Sayre is a seasoned attorney with decades of experience and the co-founder of TSLG. He has successfully owned and managed both large and small firms, providing invaluable support to individuals and companies seeking expert legal guidance. Recently, Grover played a pivotal role in building a prominent law firm in downtown Minneapolis, where he led teams of attorneys and helped clients navigate complex legal challenges. His expertise spans various industries, with a strong focus on real estate law, including real estate finance and development. Grover represents numerous local banks, commercial real estate lenders, non-profit organizations, and developers – offering his clients a wealth of knowledge combined with creative and innovative thinking. He is an active member and chair of the Board of Trustees for the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of North Oaks, and has contributed as an Assistant Scout Master while also coaching soccer. When not working with clients, Grover can be found skiing, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.

  • Jordan Sayre co-founded TSLG after gaining valuable experience at a prominent downtown Minneapolis law firm and holding roles as both an attorney and, prior to that, in corporate accounting. Jordan's legal expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, including commercial real estate transactions, commercial and business-secured lending, construction law, property tax abatement and appeals, land use and development, business formation and governance, creditor and debtor remedies, civil litigation, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, tax-exempt bond financing, tax credit and bridge loan lending, and non-profit law. Jordan actively serves the community as a volunteer board member for a number of community-based organizations, including Scouting BSA, North Suburban Soccer Association, and a youth summer camp. When not at work, Jordan can usually be found on the sidelines at one of his kids' soccer games (and sometimes on the pitch with other young-at-heart players), on a golf course, or a ski hill with family and friends.
